FITC Toronto

Just got back from Toronto in Canada after talking at the FITC conference! Many thanks to Sean, Lisa and Bram for making the stay so welcome and also a big shout out to Niko, Si and to Chris Bush! Was great hanging out! See you all sometime soon! Some photos of the trip over here!

32 Days

Currently working in New York for Digital Kitchen. I’m staying in an apartment on the far left of the above shot, its a great block with a nice little coffee shop across the road to set me up for the 21 block trek north to work every morning. 32 days away from everything that matters. Lets see how it goes :) DK New York - FITC Toronto - DK New York - OFFF Lisbon… Big thanks to Matt + Kyle for the sublet!

Death of the Print Section

Been backing up alot of work on my hard drives for archiving and came across this spread that I did for .net magazine last year. Thought I’d post it here as I haven’t been updating the main site as much recently. I’m especially guilty of not updating the Print section and with the new site relaunch coming soon and with the actual static design section no longer being a part of that redesign (replacing with photography) I was thinking that the blog would be as good a place as any to show any random print design that I may undertake!

Anyway, this is Greg Herman from Digital Kitchen in New York and was shot last summer on the rooftops of DK, the background is a shot from Dumbo in Brooklyn… so a big thanks to him for modeling for this one!

All is full of love

Computer Arts issue 147 is now on the shelves and if you check out the back page theres a small article by me on one of my all time design classics and huge inspiration; Chris Cunningham’s music promo for Bjork - All is full of love! Give it a quick flick if you get the chance!
